Die-Cut Shapes

It is a lightweight double-wall panel made from PP resin with an internal fluted structure. It is often called corriboard or corrugated plastic, and it is used as an alternative to cardboard, PVC foam board, or solid plastic panels.

Standard grades offer moderate outdoor performance for short-term use. For extended outdoor exposure, ask about UV-stabilised options. Darker colours such as black and grey typically hold up better than translucent or white sheets.

Yes. PP corrugated sheet resists water and many chemicals and can operate across a wide temperature range. It is widely used for yard signs, jobsite panels, and temporary outdoor displays. Permanent outdoor use should use a UV-rated grade.

Thin sheets can be cut with a sharp utility knife. Thicker material can be saw-cut or CNC routed for precision shapes. Scoring along the flute direction allows clean folds. Die-cutting is available for higher-volume custom shapes.

PP corrugated is lighter, more impact resistant, and fully recyclable. PVC foam offers a smoother rigid panel for some indoor applications but is heavier and less eco-friendly. PP is often preferred for reusable handling and temporary protection.

2 mm suits lightweight and short-term protection. 3–4 mm works for jobsite panels, inserts, and retail displays. 5–6 mm handles heavier-duty protection. 8–12 mm is used for structural pallet spacers and industrial applications.

Yes. Smooth outer walls accept screen printing, UV digital printing, and flexographic printing for branded packaging, campaign boards, and trade-show graphics.
